Supporting Families. Honoring Riley.

Providing resources and hope for families affected by mental illness.

Riley’s story

Riley was born prematurely, fighting for his life from the very beginning, yet he grew into a bright, determined young man who excelled in school and sports. Despite his courage and achievements, Riley struggled with the challenges of autism, anxiety, depression, and later schizophrenia, which deeply impacted his daily life. His journey was marked by moments of hope and heartbreak as he sought support that often fell short of his unique needs. Riley’s story inspires our mission to provide more effective services for those who are mentally ill and their families who share their experience and need financial assistance.

Mission

Remembering Riley is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to help people who suffer from mental illness and their families who struggle to support them.
Our compassion is inspired by the story of our son Riley and his daily battle with autism, anxiety, depression and psychosis which ultimately caused his death on June 3, 2021.

Mental illness has been a devastating issue for families throughout human history. Our world has not made enough progress to properly address it and there is no cure at this time. Remembering Riley helps those who suffer from mental illness and their families get the treatment and support that they need but cannot afford so loved ones who suffer have the best chance to maximize their positive outcomes and reach their highest potential.

Donations to Remembering Riley are 100% tax deductible.
